This house is an attractive 3-person residence.
And will be rented out for the first time this year (2021).
It is fully equipped with all luxuries and conveniences.

Living room/Dining room
A wonderful space to stay.
You enter through a beautiful old stable door. There is a sitting area with a 2-person sofa, coffee table and LED television.
Here you will also find a dining table with comfortable chairs.
The whole is attractively decorated with subtle elements and equipped with underfloor heating.
There is also a toilet on the ground floor.
kitchen
The kitchen is extensive and equipped with all requirements. It has a fridge with freezer, dishwasher, microwave/grill and induction hob.
The hot water is provided here by a boiler so that you immediately have hot water when you open the tap. The kitchen is of course fully equipped with pans, dishes, plates, cups, etc..
And of course the coffee maker and the kettle should not be missing.
Bathroom
This space is practically furnished with everything you need.
A lovely shower with thermostatic tap.
A toilet and a sink.
A solar water heater provides this space with hot water.
Bedroom
An important space to which we have paid extra attention. With 2 single box springs, there is no shortage of sleeping comfort.
The wardrobe has a leg and hanging area including clothes hangers. And is made in such a way that you can easily put your suitcase under it.
We have created a sleeping loft above the bathroom.
This can be reached via an old miller's staircase.
Here we have made a nice space for the 3rd sleeping place.
Garden
Enjoy the outdoors. With a private south-facing terrace, you always have plenty of sun. There is a nice garden set with a parasol.
